• Informational Purposes Only: All information provided through the app, including but not limited to calorie estimates, macronutrient breakdowns, and metabolic rate (BMR) calculations, is for informational and educational purposes only.
• No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of the app does not create a doctor-patient or professional-client relationship.
• Consult Your Doctor: You should always consult with a physician or other healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise program, or changing your nutritional habits, especially if you have pre-existing conditions (e.g., diabetes, eating disorders, or pregnancy).

2. AI-GENERATED CONTENT (MEAL ANALYSIS)

FitWow uses Google Gemini AI to analyze meal photos and provide nutritional estimates.

• Accuracy: AI-generated results are statistical approximations and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on these estimates for managing medical conditions like insulin dosing or severe food allergies.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any nutritional information before consumption.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

• Age: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

• Premium Features: Certain features require a paid subscription (managed via RevenueCat, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store).
• Billing: Subscriptions are handled by the respective app stores. You must manage or cancel your subscription through your store settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple and Google.

5. USER CONDUCT AND CONTENT

• Community Groups: You agree not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Reporting: FitWow reserves the right to remove any content or ban any user who violates community standards.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The app, including its code, design, and original content, is the exclusive property of FitWow and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal use.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitWow and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our interests.
